Intersecting Lines

Given two lines in space, the two lines will intersect if the point of intersection projects fromview to view. Example 1 shows the point of intersection, projectingfrom the top view to the front view, therefore lines AB and CE intersect. In Example 2, the point of intersection does not projectfrom the top to the front view, and hence lines OP and MN do not intersect, even though they appear to in both given views.
